TOKKIN™ 301 JIN™ | High-Strength and High-Ductility Stainless Steel

Overview & Features

By applying our proprietary "JIN™" process to SUS301 material, we have achieved high strength, excellent workability that cannot be obtained with ordinary manufacturing methods.

The surface treatment with our proprietary technology dramatically improves the surface corrosion resistance compared to the conventional SUS301.

Main features of TOKKIN 301 JIN:

(1)Achieving high strength and high ductility simultaneously.
Typical values: Yield Strength(Ys) over 1400 MPa & Elongation(El) over 20%

(2)Surface Corrosion Resistance far Superior to Ordinary SUS301

This material can meet the needs of customers who want to improve workability while maintaining the same strength as SUS301, who don't want to change material composition, or who want to omit precipitation hardening heat treatment of SUS631 or SUS632J1.
