With our rolling technology and facilities we have developed over many years as a rerolling company, we also offer contract rolling (rerolling) of materials provided by our customers, as well as rerolling of market materials.
Heat treatment and cutting (slitting) can also be added as needed, allowing for flexibility in adjusting not only thickness but also hardness and width.
We can produce a wide range of nonferrous metals, including carbon steels and stainless steels, as well as copper and copper-based alloys, aluminums, and nickel alloys.
(2)Small lots (single sheet or narrow coils) to large coils (hundreds of kilograms/coil) are available.
(3) Flexibility to adjust hardness and width
It is possible to add heat treatment and cutting (slitting) to achieve the desired temper and dimensions.
(4) Flexibility to adjust thickness（e.g., thickness 0.127mm, etc., applicable to inch equivalent size）
(5) Ultra thin foil（e.g., thickness 0.030mm, etc.）
(6) High-precision thickness tolerance（depends on materials）
(7) Short lead time for specified specifications
In the fastest case, custom-made materials can be shipped in as little as a few weeks.
(8) Materials provided by the customer can be either free of charge or paid.

Slitting is a process to trim the width of metal strips. We also accept contract processing of slit only, starting from one coil.

Edge treatment is a further processing applied to the normal Slit Edge※1 and can be delivered with "Debarred Edge"※2 to remove burrs or "Round Edge"※3 to round the edge.
This process enables applications where the material width and edge are used as is.
Smoothing the edge also prevents fatigue failure from the width direction, leading to improved spring durability.
※1 Slit Edge: Slitting only (standard specs)
※2 Mill Edge: Removing burrs generated by slitting with file
※3 Round Edge: Processing burrs generated by slitting as well as the shear drop side.
(You can choose between arc-shaped rounded edges or rounded corners.)

Surface Treatment
Electrolytic plating on hoop materials (coils and strips) prior to stamping is also available.
Although the plating process itself is outsourced, we will select the most suitable material and outsourcing company depending on the type, quantity, and application of the plating. Of course, we provide final quality assurance including material and post plating process.

We have a "High Precision Fatigue Testing Machine" which is suitable for evaluation of thin metals and precision parts by controlling extremely low load from 2.5N.
The tester is capable of performing the following tests as well as general test methods . (1) Specimen size and shape standards comply with not only JIS, but also other international standards.
(2) Evaluation of high precision parts
(3) Customized Jig for testing is also available
(4) Precise control by load and displacement control
(5) Comprehensive analysis including fracture surface observation
(6) Provide solutions to problems
