Is it possible to paint OVIONE on molded parts?

Since the parts are passed through a continuous line, it is not possible to coat the molded parts.
However, by changing the post-coating to pre-coating material (OVIONE Coat), the manufacturing process can be shortened and the post-coating process can be reduced.

[Before] Material → Pressing → Post-coating → Productization
[After] Pre-coated material (OVIONE Coat)) → Pressing → Productization

Do you handle sheets?

Yes, we do.
We manufacture coiled materials and cut them flat by outsourcing processing before delivery.
Therefore, thickness and width are within our manufacturing range.
