We manufacture carbon steel (SC material) and carbon tool steel (SK material) that conform to "JIS G 3311 Cold Rolled Special Steel Strip" and "JIS G 4802 Cold Rolled Steel Strip for Springs", as well as our own composition-adjusted steel grades for special applications. We contribute to our customers' quality improvement by improving hardenability, wear resistance, and machinability through our original component grades and metal structure control technology developed based on our many years of experience. We also handle small-lot production of strongly pressure-rolled materials and foil materials of less than 0.10 mm thick.
This was developed based on SK95 (SK4) for textile machinery parts that require high reliability by reducing inclusions (higher cleanliness) than conventional steels made by converter.
Carbon steels have a lower carbon content than carbon tool steels, making them suitable for general applications that require a certain degree of strength and toughness.
Carbon tool steels have a high carbon content and are widely used in all fields in terms of workability, hardenability, product performance, and price.
