C2600 is an alloy of Copper and Zinc in the ratio of 70:30 and is called "Brass".
It is stronger and cheaper than pure Copper, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
It has excellent ductility, drawability, and platability.
C2680 is an alloy of Copper and Zinc in the ratio of 65:35 and is called "Brass".
It is stronger and cheaper than pure Copper, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
It has excellent ductility, drawability, and platability.
Compared to C2600, C2680 has higher strength but lower elongation.
C5191, called "Phosphor bronze", is a material with good ductility, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Because of its spring properties, it is suitable for various spring applications, but if high-performance spring properties are required, we recommend to use "Phosphor bronze for springs". Among high strength materials, it is often used in leaf springs that do not require bending.
C5210, called "Phosphor bronze for springs", is a material with good ductility, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Although high strength can be obtained by cold rolling, elongation decreases as strength increases, so high strength materials is often used for leaf springs that do not require bending.
C1720, called "Beryllium copper for springs" is a material that can be age hardened.
Fatigue resistance and electrical conductivity increase after age hardening treatment. Normally, age-hardening treatment is performed after the forming process, but materials that have been pre aged as mill hardened materials are also available. (We are not able to do mill-hardened treatment.).
It is used for high performance springs, diaphragmss, clicks, connectors, etc.
