nanoMAG™ | High-Strength and Soft Magnetic Stainless Steel

Overview & Features

nanoMAG™a stainless steel combines "extremely high strength" and "excellent soft magnetic properties" through our proprietary grain size refining technology. It is five times stronger than electromagnetic soft iron, so it can also be used for applications such as rotor cores, which are subjected to strong centrifugal force due to high-speed rotation.

Main features of nanoMAG™:

(2)Excellent Soft Magnetic Properties
Maximum flux density 1.5T(Equivalent to ferritic stainless steels)

Soft Magnetic Materials

Soft magnetic material is easily magnetized when a magnetic field is applied, but returns to its original state when the magnetic field is removed. We also manufacture our original steel grades such as electromagnetic stainless steel with corrosion resistance and extremely high strength.
