Overview & Features

This is a new cladding method that forms a Layer on a base material using the "Cold spray (CS: low-temperature thermal spraying)" technology, in which metal powder is accelerated to supersonic speeds and sprayed in a solid state.

Main features of CS cladding:

(1)Allows Continuous Layer formation
This is the world's first continuous spray coating system for coiled materials!

(2)Dense Layer
Compared to thermal spraying, it constitutes a dense layer with almost no thermal degradation or voids.

(3)Can be applied varieties of materials such as resin and ceramics
CS cladding can be applied to not only metals but also organic materials such as resins and ceramics.
