High-Precision Fatigue Test (Testing Service)

Overview & Features

We have a "High Precision Fatigue Testing Machine" which is suitable for evaluation of thin metals and precision parts by controlling extremely low load from 2.5N.
The tester is capable of performing the following tests as well as general test methods . (1) Specimen size and shape standards comply with not only JIS, but also other international standards.
(2) Evaluation of high precision parts
(3) Customized Jig for testing is also available
(4) Precise control by load and displacement control
(5) Comprehensive analysis including fracture surface observation
(6) Provide solutions to problems

In addition to our in-house basic research, we also offer contract testing of samples provided by our customers.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests.

High-Strength, High-Ductility
JIN™

"TOKKIN's uniquely designed production method for JIN™ brings you a material that combines high strength and excellent workability that cannot be obtained with ordinary manufacturing methods. The balance of Yield stress (YS) exceeds 35,000 MPa x Elongation (EL) is among the highest in the world."

Ultrafine Grain Stainless Steel
nanoSUS™

nanoSUS™ a stainless steel in which the crystal grain size of the material is refined to about 1μm. The control of microstructure contributes to improving various properties such as strength, fatigue properties, and workability."

Stainless Steels for Springs

This materials are possible to increase their hardness by rolling, they can be used as spring parts.
