As part of our CSR activities, we have installed solar panels at Saitama Factory to achieve carbon neutrality, and are expanding them year by year.
We plan to expand the solar power generation system to other sites throughout Japan in the future and continue to actively protect the global environment.

We have been manufacturing since 1940 and now employ about 200 people at our Factory. Some of them have supported Tokkin for nearly 50 years, and their skills are very important assets to Tokkin's high-quality custom-made production.
To ensure that we are able to pass on all of the experienced and tacit knowledge that cannot be handed down in written form alone, we are energetically conducting on-the-job training and job rotations to develop human resources on a daily basis.
We are improving our workplace environment every day under the slogan "Smile-100: Make our employees smile 100 times!". In 2022, we renovated the offices of our Mejiro Head Office and Saitama Factory Office to create a workplace environment where employees can work efficiently and comfortably.
Company cafeteria and other cafe spaces are places where employees can casually converse with each other, leading to active communication.
We are committed to making each employee's work visible by paying rewards for qualifications and bonuses based on performance.
In January 2023, we also introduced a flextime system and it improved employees' work-life balance and time management skills.

In January 2023, we obtained the international standard "ISO/IEC 27001:2013" and domestic standard "JIS Q 27001:2014", which is a third-party certification standard of ISMS (Information Security Management System).
We believe it is our important responsibility to protect customers' and our information assets so as not cause damage to the supply chain, which plays a central role in society, we will strive to reinforce information security.
