Overview & Features

Alloy 42 is a low thermal expansion alloy with a main composition of 42Ni-Fe.
Although its coefficient of thermal expansion is greater than that of Alloy 36, it is close to the glass, ceramics, and silicon, and is threfore used as a glass sealing material for IC lead frames and other applications.

(4) Flexibility to adjust thickness（e.g., thickness 0.127mm, etc., applicable to inch equivalent size）
(5) Ultra thin foil（e.g., thickness 0.030mm, etc.）
(6) High-precision thickness tolerance（depends on materials）
(7) Short lead time for specified specifications
In the fastest case, custom-made materials can be shipped in as little as a few weeks.
(8) Materials provided by the customer can be either free of charge or paid.
